Liaising with wine suppliers, chef Ian Orr will be recreating some classic French cuisine with the ubiquitous Ardtara twist including French Onion Soup, Crème Brulee and Salmon En-Croute.
Each course is matched with a regional wine from France that not only complement the dish beautifully, but also represent the finest flavours that France has to offer.
Complete the experience by staying overnight in one of the beautifully restored en-suite bedrooms of Ardtara with a full Irish breakfast the following morning.
