Ireland’s Blue Book is delighted to announce that chef Kevin Thornton will be hosting a culinary Masterclass at Thornton’s Restaurant, Dublin on Saturday 17th September 2016.
The class is designed to introduce you to the magic behind the food at Thornton’s Restaurant. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience how the team prepares for lunch service at a busy, fine dining restaurant.
Head Chef and Proprietor Kevin Thornton will welcome you with one of his signature coffees at 10am. This is a perfect moment to look inside the mind of this talented chef and ask any questions you may have. Following this brief introduction, you will be welcomed into the kitchen to witness key skills used by the chefs to produce some of Thornton’s most famous dishes.
To complement a morning of learning in the kitchen, you will then enjoy a three course lunch in the dining room. Relax and enjoy the view of St Stephen’s Green as you indulge in this passion for food.To remember this experience at Thornton’s, you will also be provided with a Thornton’s Masterclass apron and a recipe booklet for inspiration at home.
