As in past years, no doubt great fun will ensue and you can choose to join in or quietly slip away to a cosy corner for a nod or two. The evening culminates with a sumptuous Christmas Fork Supper and thereafter, all that remains to be done is to retire to your favourite armchair in The Drawing Room, The Library or in The Manor Bar and reflect on this delightful day.

26th December
St Stephen’s Day commences in full swing with our lively Jazz Brunch served into the afternoon. Take the remainder of the day to prepare your vocal chords for that most famous of Irish traditions, the fireside Sing-Along, which takes place in The Manor Bar. Even our most reticent guests will enjoy the meandering stories of your host for the night, and famous raconteur, (Hayfield Manor’s much loved Concierge) Mr Bart Bambury.
