Day 1
Arrive Edinburgh Airport where you will be met by Little’s Chauffeur Drive and taken to your hotel, where you will stay for two nights.
Check into a whisky themed suite at The Glasshouse or the lavishly restored, decadent Prestonfield. Optional afternoon visit to The Scotch Malt Whisky Society Vaults in Leith. Dinner is taken in Rhubarb, the restaurant of Prestonfield.
Day 2
After breakfast, travel with Little’s Chauffeur Drive to Glenkinchie, a small distillery in the beautiful East Lothian countryside, lunch will be taken at Greywalls, one of the earliest country house hotels designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1901. The afternoon is spent at The Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh where you will discover the aromas and flavours that appeal to your palate and lead you to your perfect Single Malt Whisky.
Day 3
Transfer to Gleneagles with Little’s Chauffeur Drive where you will stay for one night.
In the afternoon visit The Famous Grouse Distillery Experience. After your return to the hotel there will be an evening whisky nosing in The Still Room at Gleneagles prior to dinner in the only restaurant in Scotland with two Michelin stars- Andrew Fairlie.
Day 4
Travel with Little’s Chauffeur Drive to Glengoyne Distillery who will provide you with a unique personalized bottle of whisky and thereafter to Hotel du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens where you can visit the Whisky Snug with its choice of over 300 whiskies. Dinner is taken in the hotel.
Day 5
Travel with Little’s Chauffeur Drive to Bladnoch Distillery and thereafter to Knockinaam Lodge, the house featured in John Buchan’s Book, The 39 Steps, where you can savour a whisky or two in the lovely little wood panelled Whisky Bar. Dinner will be taken in the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel.
Day 6
Transfer to County Antrim, Ireland and check in at The Bushmills Inn Hotel, where you will stay for two nights, the home of the world’s oldest distillery. Dinner is taken in the hotel. Intriguing fireplaces, oil lamps, nooks, crannies and even a secret room set the tone in the historic Bushmills Inn. In the bar, still lit by gas light, try a glass of Bushmills malt from the hotel's private cask or relax in a rocking chair in front of the gentle glow of a turf fire in the smoke aged 'old kitchen'.
Day 7
Visit The Bushmills Distillery and learn the secrets of 400 years of distilling at the home of Irish Whiskey and in the afternoon, if you wish, play The Royal Portrush Golf Course.
Day 8
Transfer to Dublin and check into The Merrion Hotel where you will stay for three nights. The afternoon is free to explore Dublin. Perhaps a visit to The Guinness Storehouse, the home of Guinness. In the evening we suggest dinner in the Two Starred Michelin Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud in The Merrion Hotel.
Day 9
After breakfast, visit The Old Jameson Distillery Experience in Dublin. After lunch take a guided tour of the city with your chauffeur, stopping off at the places you want to explore. For dinner on your second evening in Dublin we suggest Michelin Starred Chapter One on the historic Parnell Square. Chapter One is a former home of John Jameson, so a perfect way to finish your day.
Day 10
The day is free to explore Dublin with your chauffeur..
Day 11
Fly home.
Day 1
Arrive at Aberdeen Airport and transfer with Little’s Chauffeur Drive to The Marcliffe Hotel and Spa where you will stay for two nights. As well as being in the whisky country you are also surrounded by more castles per square mile than anywhere else in Britain. Dinner will be taken in the hotel.
Day 2
A full day tour visiting The Malt Whisky Trail where you can choose from 7 distilleries and a cooperage.
Return to The Marcliffe for dinner and afterwards select the whisky of your choice from more than 100 malt whiskies in the hotel bar.
Day 3
Transfer to the Michelin starred Boath House or Rocpool Reserve and Chez Roux, where you will stay for two nights, en route, visiting the Cardhu Distillery and share the story of the only malt distillery pioneered by a woman. The malt whisky produced here has a warmth and cleanliness of taste which experts describe as "silky" and is used in some of the award winning Johnnie Walker blends. Thereafter, visit Tomatin Distillery, just south of Inverness, one of the highest distilleries in Scotland at 315 metres above sea level. Check into your hotel, where you will dine.
Day 4
Visit The Glen Ord Distillery, on the Black Isle, near Inverness. In the afternoon, visit Dunrobin Castle, the most northerly of Scotland's great houses and the largest in the Northern Highlands with 189 rooms, [open 1st April until 15th October].
Return to your hotel for dinner
Day 5
Transfer to Knockinaam Lodge. This is a six hour journey and so no distillery visit today, but when you arrive at the hotel which is the house featured in John Buchan’s book, The 39 Steps, you will find a delightful little whisky bar.
Dinner in the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel.
Day 6

Day 10
Travel to County Cork in the South of Ireland. Visit the Midleton Distillary, view the largest pot still in the world prior to sampling the internationally renowned Jameson Whiskey in the bar. For your last evening in Ireland retire to Ballymaloe House, a family-run country house hotel famous for its outstanding hospitality and superb food.
Day 11
Fly home.
