The two hour demonstration of Festive Christmas Baking includes all the secrets from how to make the perfect pastry to delicious desserts with plenty of hints and tips along the way.
With the sweetest tooth in the world, Louise Lennox has been baking for more than a decade. She is best known as the cheeky pastry chef from the hit TV show 'The Restaurant'. A regular contributor on many popular TV and radio shows such as The Afternoon show, 4 Live and The Ryan Tubridy show, Louise is the quintessential 'Queen of Tarts'!
Package cost €145 per person sharing and includes overnight night in one of Wineport's luxurious Lakeview rooms, dinner in our famous restaurant and a lazy breakfast in bed next morning.
