Liz will show you how to make the most of the weeks leading up to Christmas, preparing food in advance for starters, main courses and desserts so that you will have time to relax with family and friends. Enjoy an entire evening of new recipes for you to impress your family and friends with!

Take the stress out of entertaining by following simple tips for timings, presenting and storing. Recipes may include canapés, roast turkey with maple dressing, vegetable strudel with port sauce, floating islands with caramel and mint chocolate ice-cream terrine with mint crystals – something to tempt everyone. This is an evening not to be missed. Entry for the evening is by ticket only price £30.
