October 2009: Rory Allen is hosting his very popular, annual music week again this year running from Tuesday November 10th to Sunday, November 15th.

Evenings are informal and fun combining a selection of skilled musicians and a variety of music throughout the week. For those of you who have not yet attended a music week at Ballymaloe House, you can expect a wonderful week of entertainment and great food. This year we have an exciting new addition to the Music Week and that is ‘The Grain Store’. Rory has renovated an old 17th century building into this stunning concert hall. A venue built for music. This week is a must for all music lovers.

The format of the week will alternate between musical evenings in the Drawing Room and concerts in the Grain Store.

The Drawing Room sessions are informal evenings where residents and dinner guests can come and enjoy a variety of Irish and International music in a very intimate and relaxed setting.
