January 2011:Ireland's Blue Book is delighted to announce that l'Ecrivain will host a cookery demontration on Wednesday February 9th in their Michelin starred restaurant.
The evening will commence at 7.00 with an aperitif in l’Ecrivain’s recently refurbished piano bar. Guests will then be treated to an exciting menu demonstration by renowned Michelin starred chef, Derry Clarke.
After the demonstration you will enjoy a three course dinner based on the menu demonstrated by Derry. Each course will include an accompanying wine which will be passionately explained by a wine expert.
As a parting gift, all attendees on the evening will receive a signed copy of Derry’s book, Keeping it Simple. The gala package is priced at €70 plus a 10% service charge.
