Kilgraney House to Host June Art Exhibition

June 2011, Dublin:Ireland's Blue Book is delighted to announce that as part of the Carlow Éigse Arts Festival, Kilgraney Studio Gallery is hosting an exhibition of ceramic art and visual art pieces to celebrate the ‘Year of Craft’. Designers Martin Marley and Bryan Leech join forces with artists and crafts people to present an exhibition that questions the boundaries between the creative disciplines of visual art, craft, and design.

The exhibition features work in a variety of media such as, ceramics, wood, glass, acrylic, mixed media, textiles and photographic prints.

The exhibition is set within a series of courtyards and gardens that overlook the Barrow Valley, as well as in the recently restored coach house.

Exhibitors: mairead holohan, annabel könig, bryan leech, martin marley, sheila naughton, stephen o’briain, michelle o'donnell, sasha sykes, lorenzo tonti.
