Pilates Retreat in the Park Hotel Kenmare

Pilates Retreat in the Park Hotel Kenmare

September 26th: A Pilates Retreat will take place with Pilates guru Lynne Robinson in the Park Hotel Kenmare on October 9th & 10th.  Lynne Robinson is widely seen as the 'face of Pilates' and has been at the forefront of creating the current boom in Pilates.  She is firmly established as the world's top-selling Pilates author and presenter, her books and DVDs being sold in over twenty countries.

The fact that Lynne came to Pilates as "a normal person with back problems" (she was a history teacher) has helped the general public to identify closely with her as a strong and believable role model, in that she totally transformed her body and general health through Pilates.

Co-author of fifteen best-selling books on the Pilates Method and presenter of seven Pilates videos (in the region of 3.5 million of Lynne's books and DVDs have been sold since 1997), Lynne has now become an established media personality in the UK through her regular appearances on television and in the press and as a result of her celebrity clients.  Lynne has also 'fronted' extremely successful on-pack promotions with Kellogg's 'Special K' in the UK, Australia and Mexico.

Lynne is a director of the Body Control Pilates Group (which has become a recognised world leader in Pilates education with a strong reputation for teaching quality) and of The Body Control Pilates Association.

This Programme is designed to enhance ones knowledge of Pilates resulting in a greater understanding and reward.

No previous experience is necessary.
