March 2010: From May 7th -9th some of Ireland’s most acclaimed chefs converge on the Park Hotel Kenmare to showcase an unrivalled Irish dining experience.
Guests will enjoy the creative skills of renowned chefs Derry Clark of L`Ecrivan, Ross Lewis of Chapter One and Mickael Viljanen of Gregans Castle, all of whom are members of Ireland’s Blue Book.
The chefs in collaboration with Mark Johnston, Head Chef the Park Hotel Kenmare, have created three unique menus, each a series of dishes showcasing the best foods Ireland has to offer.
Guests will experience a total sense of surprise as they taste each dish, each flavour and each morsel.
On Friday evening, The Three Chefs will create a unique Trio of Classics which will showcase how three classic ingredients can taste so different.
Saturday is a voyage of culinary delight from early morning. A series of food orientated activities are planned for the day which will bring some of the most talented local producers to the hotel for tastings and presentations. An evening of Discovery is planned for the palate, each course is a feast for the senses, each ingredient selected to arouse your curiosity and after each course the chefs will explain the flavours and composition of each dish.
Sunday Lunch is a trip down memory lane where we enjoy Irish Country House cooking and savour its simplicity.
