King Sitric scoops most informative menu under the 2011 BIM Seafood Circle

 

January 2010: Ireland's Blue Book is delighted to announce that the King Sitric, Howth was recently awarded  “Most Informative Menu” by BIM, the Irish Sea Fisheries Board as part of its prestigious 2011 Seafood Circle membership and awards.  Joan Mac Manus, King Sitric was presented with their membership plaque and award in their premises in Howth, Co Dublin.

The Seafood Circle was developed by BIM to support and champion retail and hospitality outlets that continually offer excellent quality seafood and service to their customers.  The Seafood Circle plaque is presented to members on an annual basis and BIM encourage customers to seek outlets with this badge of honour in order to be assured of the best seafood available.

Presenting King Sitric with their award and plaque, Donal Buckley, Business Development & Innovation Manager, BIM, congratulated the company adding, “Customers can be assured that anyone who attains membership of the Seafood Circle will offer an exceptional seafood experience. The Seafood Circle plaque will only be found in hospitality establishments throughout the country that offer superb quality seafood and service.  This combined with a commitment to the best customer relations guarantees a visit to any Seafood Circle outlet will be well worthwhile”.
