‘G & Tea’ at Blairscove House, Co Cork.

May 2017: Ireland’s Blue Book is delighted to announce that Blairscove House, Co Cork, in association with Liquid Curiosity, will be hosting a special afternoon tea matched with delicious gin & tonics on Sunday June 25th 2017.

Beautiful food from Blairscove is partnered with bespoke Irish gin and tonics using seasonal ingredients and Irish tonics - a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon in the marquis overlooking Dunmanus bay.

The menu includes some of Blairscove's signature starters and dessert buffet, all on a tea stand for your enjoyment, including fresh fruit scones, gin-cured salmon gravlax and a selection of mouth-watering desserts.

The event will have four sittings on Sunday 25th June; 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm & 3:30pm. The cost is €48 which includes the Afternoon Tea selection, 4 bespoke G & T's and tea or coffee to finish.

There will be a non-alcoholic version and a vegetarian option too, so please let Blairscove know when you book. Bookings essential and confirmed with payment.
