January 2017: Ireland’s Blue Book is delighted to announce that twenty-one Blue Book houses are on the list of One Fab Day’s 100 Best wedding venues of the year.
In creating the 100 Best Wedding Venues in Ireland 2017, One Fab Day, Ireland’s leading online wedding magazine, left no stone unturned in finding the most unique wedding venues across the country. This is the fifth edition of the unique and independent guide to Ireland's very best wedding locations. The guide features something for everyone, from beautiful country homes to stylish restaurants and romantic Irish castles.
Blue Book Houses in Munster making the list are Ballymaloe Country House, Blairscove Country House, Longueville Country House, The Mustard Seed, No.1 Perry Square and Gregans Castle.
In Ulster, the Blue Book is represented by Castle Leslie Estate, Rathmullan House, Newforge House and Hilton Park Hotel. In Connacht Coopershill House in Sligo and Belleek Castle in Mayo both made the list.
Making it onto the list in Leinster from the Blue Book collection is Dunbrody Country House, Tankardstown House, Mount Juliet Estate, Rathsallagh Country House, Marlfield House, Viewmount House, The Merrion Hotel, Hunter’s Hotel and Castle Durrow.
