    With the guidance of William O'Callaghan Owner and Longuevilles’ head brandy distiller and cider maker Dan Duggan, you can discover the pleasure of this exciting process.. Afterwards (weather dependent), William along with his team will prepare a special meal which includes what’s best available from Longueville's Walled Garden and Estate including a free range “Pig on Spit” and Longueville House Cider.

This wreath workshop will show you how to create your own edible autumnal beauty with a base made of rosemary, by adding a selection of fruits, pods and other herbs, you’ll end up with something that is truly, good enough to eat!

    Using all natural and dried materials, it will be preserved for many years to come, and may provide a handy source of seasonal flavourings for the avid cook, or with a few additions, a gorgeous winter celebration centrepiece.

Her next Opera Salon will be held in the gorgeous Georgian Drawing Room of No 1. Pery Square and you are invited. Meet her handsome and devoted nephew, enjoy glorious singing, but watch out for unexpected and unwanted visitors as the Countess’ past threatens to catch up with her.

    Tensions rise, tempers flare, love is lost and found in what promises to be a glorious evening of classic opera, well-known songs and musical highlights, including those by Puccini, Bizet and Mozart. This is a Salon that does not go smoothly for the Countess in a romantic, nostalgic story of star crossed lovers, feuding divas and a pushy tiger mama.

    Join Philip Dennhardt at Ballymaloe Cookery school at 2.30pm on the 10th of November and enjoy a three-hour masterclass where you will be brought through all the basics of Pizza making including choosing ingredients, making dough, getting the best results from your oven and more. Philip will explain how to create both traditional and contemporary pizzas, everything from the classics (Margherita, Pepperoni and Calzone) to modern gourmet masterpieces.

    As Philip will, in essence, be cooking pizzas for the duration of the class, there will be a lot of sampling so we advise not eating a large lunch beforehand!
