Secrets of the Ballymaloe Sweet Trolley
at Ballymaloe House
21/07/2020 - 21/07/2020
Pastry Chef, JR Ryal and his team create the magic, a choice of six or seven delicious desserts every evening. There is always a home-made ice cream, a gorgeous meringue confection, a seasonal compote perfumed with elderflower, rose geranium or saffron., something superb with chocolate....
Could be Myrtle’s Marjolaine or a Chocolate and gold leaf tart... a feather light mousse, maybe a Summer or Autumn fruit fool with the essence of the fresh currants and berries from the walled garden at Ballymaloe House.... how tempting does that sound... and more ......
In this wonderful afternoon, JR will share the secrets of the Ballymaloe Sweet Trolley in this fun afternoon.
A perfect gift for a special friend.
