Wild Game is what Chef Richard Corrigan does best. Richard has cooked all his life and is a vehement supporter of British and Irish produce and small independent suppliers.
Richard uses only wild game, wild sustainable fish, and produce such as butter, cheese and charcuterie are sourced mostly from family-run independent businesses in Ireland.
This lunch will celebrate all things game and feature wild local venison.
Seasonal cocktail, canapés and a traditional 3 course Sunday Lunch.
The event will commence at 1 pm with lunch being served at 1:45 pm.
