The Mustard Seed at Echo Lodge in Ballingarry, Co Limerick is providing the ideal excuse to gather your family, friends or work colleagues together for a magical evening of fine food and hospitality this Christmas. The beautiful Victorian country house provides the perfect setting for a resplendent Christmas tree with the mantelpieces adorned with bejeweled garlands creating an idyllic seasonal ambiance.
On Thursdays in December (7th, 14th & 21st), The Mustard Seed will glow in the festive mood and host special evenings of Christmasness! Before being seated for dinner, guests will enjoy a glass of bubbles with canapés beside a blazing fire in the library or in the conservatory where the sounds of Christmas classics will be performed by the resident pianist. Dinner is a memorable affair thanks to the choice of mouthwatering dishes by head chef Angel Pirev and his team and with plenty of cosy spaces to relax in afterwards, Friday may have to be a designated to a shopping spree! Stay the night and indulge in the Georgina Campbell accredited breakfast the following morning.
