Sallyanne is the proprietor of the Michellin Starred L’Ecrivain Restaurant, Dublin. Speaking about her presidency, Sallyanne said “I am thrilled and honoured to take on the role of President of Ireland's Blue Book. It is such an exciting time, with 2016 being Northern Ireland's Year of Food & Drink, and with positive tourism initiatives such as Ireland’s Ancient East and the Wild Atlantic Way our hotels & restaurants are looking forward to a busy year ahead'.

Michelle Maguire

Chief Executive Officer

Michelle is a marketing professional with 20 years' marketing experience, both domestic and international. Michelle has managed the Blue Book for the past 7 years. Prior to taking over managing Ireland’s Blue Book, Michelle worked in the software industry in Dublin and Tokyo. Michelle has a degree in International Marketing and Japanese from DCU and a postgraduate diploma in Advertising.

Maria McEnery

Marketing Executive

Maria joined the Blue Book in 2014 as a graduate of University College Cork. Here, she completed the Bachelor of Commerce degree and majored in marketing. Maria also spent one year studying international Marketing in Montreal, Canada.

Avril Collins

Marketing Executive

Avril is a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce degree in UCD 2016, where she specialised in marketing. During her time in college, she travelled on Erasmus to UBC, Vancouver and was a member of the UCD Equestrian Club. Outside of college she has participated in 100minds through which she organised a Wax the Boys' event in aid of Childline. She has also been involved in raising funds for her local GAA club.

Shannon Sweeney

Junior Marketing Executive

Shannon is a recent graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology, graduating with a B.Sc. in Marketing. In her final year, she specialised in Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Analysis and Digital Marketing. During her time in college, she opted to take part in the Erasmus programme and spent a semester in Berlin studying International Business.

Katy Walsh

Marketing Executive

Katy joined the team at Ireland’s Blue Book as a Marketing Executive in July 2017. She completed her B.A in Communications in 2010 followed by an M.Sc. in Business Management in 2015, both from DCU. She has a keen interest in and passion for marketing, particularly through digital channels.
