Converted from Queen Anne stables in 1798, Rathsallagh is a large comfortable house situated in hundreds of acres of peaceful parkland with a walled garden and surrounded by the magnificent Rathsallagh Golf Club. Close to Glendalough, the Wicklow mountains, The National Stud (with its Japanese Gardens) and the Curragh, yet Dublin is less than one hour's drive. The O'Flynn family and their staff look forward to welcoming you to Rathsallagh. The atmosphere is relaxed with log and turf fires, central heating throughout and luxurious bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.

The food at Rathsallagh is country house cooking at its best and is organically produced by local growers and in Rathsallagh's gardens. Game in season and fresh fish from the Wexford coast are specialities. In addition to winning the National breakfast awards four times, Rathsallagh was also voted Irish Country House of the Year on two occasions. Available for private parties and exclusive rental for family celebrations, weddings, incentives, conferences and meetings catering for up to 250 guests.

Amenities at Rathsallagh House include fully equipped meeting rooms, helipad, billiard table, tennis court, croquet lawn, golf course and archery (by prior arrangement).

Rathsallagh at the Races

Come and enjoy the true old world atmosphere of a racing week in Kildare and Stay at Rathsallagh House for the  Punchestown Festival. Rathsallagh is a renowned base for the Punchestown Festival and has been frequented by owners, trainers, jockeys and punters alike for over 30 years. 

Come and stay on Wednesday and Thursday Night for 2 nights B&B and one evening dinner for a rate of €836 for 2 people sharing

Cancellation Policy and Booking Terms. 
 ~ 50% cancellation fee will be incurred for reservations cancelled within 14 to 8 days of your arrival date.~ 100% cancellation fee will be incurred for reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date.
~ in the case of an early departure 100% of the cancelled nights will be charged.
  Rathsallagh does not cater for Children under the age of 18 for our leisure nights. 
 Your accommodation will be available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 11.00am.
