Prior to taking over managing Ireland’s Blue Book, Michelle worked in the software industry in Dublin and Tokyo. Michelle has a degree in International Marketing and Japanese from DCU and a postgraduate diploma in Advertising.

Julie’s degree was in Music Management & Media Studies, where she enjoyed a successful career in sales & customer service. After this, she pursued her interest in Irish history and heritage, working with some of our countries’ National Institutions. Julie now leverages her expertise of over 17 years into her role as Operations Manager, to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Liam holds a BA in Politics and History from University College Dublin & a Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. In his role as Customer Service Executive, he delivers exceptional service to clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Liam is a passionate runner who enjoys spending time outdoors and discovering new places to explore.

Isabel attended DCU and completed a BSc in Health Sciences and bringing strong communication and organisational skills to her role as Customer Service Assistant.

Outside of work she is an active and creative person, who enjoys cooking and baking healthy meals, she is also an avid runner who has completed two half marathons.
