Sir Walter Raleigh was Mayor of Youghal in 1588 and 1589. Youghal is on the southern coast of Ireland on the N25, 35 minutes from Cork Airport, two hours from Shannon Airport.


This area is a golfers paradise; 12 Courses within 1 hour's drive. Picture perfect to tour the beautiful South, Waterford Crystal, Cobh, Jameson Irish Whiskey Centre, Blarney, Rock of Cashel are all within easy driving distance. Equestrian, hill-walking, fishing, quad-biking, miles of sandy beaches are all local.
