Seafood and Wine Masterclass hosted by Dublin Bay Prawn Festival, King Sitric Restaurant and Wines Direct.
A tasting of five wines paired with the best of Howth Seafood. Joan MacManus, owner King Sitric restaurant and Vera O' Grady, Wines Direct will discuss seafood and wine pairing, focusing on traditional pairings and a few more unusual surprises. All in a fun and informal way with a little festival history and local stories thrown in.
