Our phone lines are manned from 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please leave a message with your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I order an Ireland's Blue Book Gift Voucher

You can purchase an Ireland's Blue Book gift voucher on the Ireland's Blue Book website here. You can choose to have the voucher posted to you, or we can post the voucher to the final recipient on your behalf.

When will my voucher be posted?

When ordered before 12pm on any business day, your voucher will be posted out that day. If ordered after 12pm, the voucher will be posted the following business day.

When will I receive my voucher?

We post all vouchers with An Post. They recommend 3 to 5 days delivery within the Republic of Ireland, however, it is often much faster than this. We can never guarantee a precise delivery date, especially when the delivery is outside the Republic of Ireland, or when there are disruptions to the An Post service which are outside of our control.

Is there somewhere I can drop in to buy a voucher?

No, we do not have a public office. We send our vouchers out in the post daily Monday - Friday. We have a back office that is not suitable for the public and is up four flights of stairs.

There is often no one in the office day to day as we are attending events.

How long is my voucher valid for?

We include an expiry date of approximately 5 years on all vouchers. However our company policy is to accept expired vouchers, and all houses, hotels and restaurants in the Ireland's Blue Book collection are happy to accept expired vouchers.

I have not received my email voucher yet, what can I do?

You should receive your email voucher instantly. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

I have an expired Ireland's Blue Book gift voucher, can I extend the date?

It is not necessary to extend the date on your Blue Book gift voucher as our company policy is to accept vouchers that have passed their expiration date. Simply bring the voucher with you to your chosen house, hotel or restaurant and this can be used as normal.

Can I add money to an existing voucher?

Yes, you can add value to an existing voucher. To do this, simply post your existing voucher to the Ireland's Blue Book head office at 63 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2 with a cover note outlining your request and a contact telephone number. Once the voucher has been received in the office we will telephone you to take the additional payment and then will post a new voucher with the increased value to you.

How do I cancel/get a refund on my voucher?

We can cancel and refund vouchers, however, we can only refund the credit or debit card that the voucher was purchased with. If you would like us to refund a voucher that you have purchased please post the original voucher to our office at 63 Fitzwilliam Square with a cover note outlining your request and we will refund the original card payment

How do I use my Ireland's Blue Book gift voucher?

To use your voucher, simply make a reservation with your chosen hotel or restaurant as normal. Bookings can also be made on the Ireland's Blue Book website. Then bring your voucher with you when you visit the house or restaurant. When you are presented with your final bill, your voucher can be used for full or partial payment.

If there is any value remaining on your voucher it will be given back to you with the remaining amount, and this can be used again in future.

I’ve lost my Blue Book voucher. What should I do?

If you have lost a voucher we will do our best to replace this for you. Please complete our Lost Voucher form with as much detail as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
