Cocao L’Amour from The Merrion Hotel, Dublin

 

Ingredients:

35.5ml Baileys Chocolat Luxe 

35.5ml Crème de Cacao 

17ml Raspberry Syrup 

35.5ml Fresh cream  

2 drops Mozart Chocolate Bitters 

Method: 

Shake all ingredients over ice 

Double strain into chilled martini glass 

Garnish with edible rose petal 

Grate Tonka bean over top 

 

The Royal Love Cocktail from Killarney Royal Hotel, Co. Kerry

Ingredients:

2 oz light rum

2 1/2 oz orange juice

2 oz apple juice

Squirt soda water

Method:

First add rum, followed by the other ingredients, and mix well.

Serve on the rocks with an orange slice in a tall glass

Ingredients:

35ml Vodka

60ml Pineapple Juice

15ml Chambord

5ml Sugar Syrup

Muddled Raspberries

Serve in a Martini glass, garnished with a raspberry and mint
