The Jackie O'Grady Room, Clare Island Lighthouse
The Jackie O’Grady Room is named after the last Lighthouse Keeper on Clare Island. Mr O’Grady had the solemn honour of switching off the light for the very last time in 1965. He still has a holiday house on Clare Island and is a regular visitor. His signed memoir “The Green Road to the Lighthouse” has pride of place in this room and will transport you back to tougher times at The Lighthouse. This is a snug double room, on the same level as the Drawing room, Dining room and Kitchen. It has wooden flooring with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. Old-Irish pine furniture lends an air of comfortable, authenticity.

The Piggery, Blairscove House
In 1972 this traditional two-storey house was nothing but a pigsty but is now a cosy cottage. With a mix of modern amenities, contemporary art and a good selection of bric-a-brac you will find it cosy and homely. The Piggery has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room, the other with two antique brass bedsteads and room for a cot. The additional large family bathroom makes it suitable for families with small children or four adults.

The Well Room, Moy House
The Well room brings the arrival of a new level of luxury at Moy House. The “Well” room is truly exceptional with carefully designed space, a classic contemporary suite with soft light and an abundance of space. The Print Room, Marlfield House
The elegant and stately master suite is beautifully decorated with stippled turquoise walls, set with striking black and white classical decoupage prints and garlands. The walls are adorned with valuable paintings and prints and the room contains some very fine antiques including an Empire sofa in coral and a magnificent dining table. It overlooks the Knot garden where one can sit and enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea or a cocktail or perhaps dine beside the blazing fire. The king-size gilded and padded bed is set in an alcove and strewn with cushions and lacy white linen. A panelled octagonal dressing room leads to the beautiful marble bathroom with large bath and twin sinks.
