Your cooking will have a definite sparkle after attending any one of Belle Isle Cookery School’s Christmas Courses. Vegetarian Christmas on Dec 1, Early Christmas on Dec 2, Sweet things for Christmas on Dec 3, Festive Fare on Dec 8, Christmas Starters and Desserts on Dec 9 and Festive Fare again on Dec 10 and again Dec 13.
Or why not try “Festive Cooking with Rachel Allen at Ballymaloe Cookery School” December 13th-15th. On this two day course Rachel will be showing you how to make some wonderful festive treats from her new book and then you will get a chance to try them out yourself with our very helpful and experienced teachers.
Dunbrody Cookery School will run their one day “Christmas Entertaining” course on December 3rd, December 10th and December 17th. All of the courses at Dunbrody have been personally designed by Celebrity Masterchef Kevin Dundon who can often be viewed on RTE's Afternoon Show, HEAT, BBC's Saturday Kitchen and the Market Kitchen.
