August 2012: Ireland’s Blue Book is delighted to announce that Moy House in Co. Clare was the winner of the "Style Award" at The FOOD&WINE Magazine/ Maison Louis Latour Restaurant of the Year Awards which were held in the Dublin Conventaion centre on August 19th.
According to Food & Wine magazine "Dining at Moy House combines spectacular ocean views with a candlelit atmosphere, luxurious surroundings and warm hospitality. Classic styling is always in fashion".
Owned by Antoin O'Looney and managed by Bríd O'Meara Moy House is a beautiful restored early 19th century home set on 15 acres. A romantic "home away from home" where a comtemporary and elegant ambience is combined with warm hospitality. The house contains nine beautifully restored and individually designed bedrooms.
The awards in their 12th year were decided upon by a panel of food writers and critics as well as readers of Food & Wine magazine. Another Blue Book House Chapter One was also a winner on the day.
