Wins for Blue Book Houses & Restaurants at the Yes Chef Awards 2020.

October 2019: Ireland’s Blue Book is delighted to announce wins for Ghan House, The Mustard Seed ,Tankardstown House and Castle Leslie Estate at the Yes Chef Awards which took place in Sligo on the 15th of October 2019.

The Yes Chef Awards are now in their 7th year and celebrate the craft that is Irish Food, over 500 hospitality professionals travelled from all over Ireland to recognise and honour chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs and front of house teams

Shane Smith, Managing Director of NI Media, said; “This year at NI Media we celebrate our 20th anniversary, as a business our mission is to promote the hospitality industry across Ireland and to shout about the achievements of those who work tirelessly to deliver fantastic experiences for their customers" 

 It was a double win for Ghan House whose chef Ciaran Smith was crowned the Leinster and overall Young Chef of the Year, they were also awarded Country House Restaurant of the Year Leinster

Brabazon Restaurant at Tankardstown House was awarded Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year Leinster, Snaffles Resturant at Castle Leslie was the all Ireland winner of the Castle Dining Restaurant of the Year Award while the award for Country House Restaurant of the Year Munster went to the Mustard Seed.
