6th October, London: The 5 Star Hayfield Manor, Cork are celebrating a milestone achievement as they became the proud winners of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Quality Assurance Award this week in London at the annual Hospitality Leadership Awards hosted by the world’s largest independent hotel brand.
Other premium hotels shortlisted in the category were The Beaumont Hotel and L’Oscar Hotel, both of which are in London. The award is judged on guest satisfaction scores as well as a Preferred Quality Audit carried out by Deloitte.
The awards are designed to celebrate true excellence in leadership, consistent delivery of best-in-class hospitality experiences and stewardship of globally renowned and multi-award-winning luxury, independent hotels. This year’s gathering took place at The Londoner Hotel, bringing together hundreds of hoteliers from properties represented within the brand’s global portfolio.
