With autumn and winter just around the corner, booking a weekend staycation for your tribe is just the tonic! Autumn Harvest and Winter Solstice - a time to slow down, reconnect, take stock, and enjoy the small pleasures which abound in Longueville with the important people in your life.
This elegantly maintained Country House Home is the epitome of stylish country living and is home to William and his wife Aisling, your Hosts, who live on-site keeping a watchful eye on things.
The charming, informal, and relaxed atmosphere of the house allow guests feel very much at home. A perfect venue for small groups - a memorable gathering of family, friends, or colleagues with 10 charming guest suites and bedrooms available, accommodating up to 20 guests. House parties in Longueville run more informally and relaxed, service is pared back but professional and efficient.
Available September 2023 to Spring 2024, you may book Longueville House for a two-night (minimum) weekend stay with your own private chef/patron William O’Callaghan. One-night takeovers available midweek. Pricing from €4,995 per night inclusive.
What’s included -
•Two nights (minimum) Bed & Continental Buffet Breakfast served family style each morning, setting guests up for the day. Served 9am - 11am.
•Afternoon tea buffet - cakes and home bakes laid out in our Drawing room daily 3pm - 4.15pm.
•Welcome Mulled Longueville House Cider Reception served 6.30pm in front of a crackling log fire in the Drawing Room on evening of arrival.
•Long table Candle lit gourmet dinner served each evening at 7.30pm. A fabulous opportunity to experience field to fork cooking by Your Host, Patron and Private Chef William O’Callaghan - who cooks sublimely only using the freshest of seasonal produce from his own walled garden and farm.

The Courtyard Mews - Self Catering
Adjacent to the main house at Longueville and located in the Palladian Courtyard, lies The Courtyard Mews with five charming bedrooms all with private bathroom, accommodating 10 guests at full capacity. The perfect solution should groups require additional accommodation for family, friends, staff, or work colleagues. The Courtyard Mews may be book in addition to the main house subject to availability.
