Castle Leslie Estate is delighted to announce the appointment of Philip Brazil as Executive Head Chef. He will oversee all of the Estates’ culinary operations including the 2 AA Rosette award winning Snaffles Restaurant and Conor’s Bar and all Private Dining and Banqueting on the prestigious Estate.
Philip has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and has held the position of Executive Head Chef in a number of 5 star Hotels, most recently at Sheen Falls and prior to this at Aghadoe Heights and Fota Island Resort. Philip has also completed a Masters in Culinary Arts Development.
